August 2026 5.00Absolutely amazing experience. The condo was perfect for us. Clean, organized, easy access, and had everything we needed. Super easy walk to the beach, like 100 feet maybe at the most? Little eatery right there with bathrooms and good food. Just a perfect location. We will definitely look to stay here again.

July 2026 4.00For the most part this was a good stay. The condo has all appliances, towels, beach towels, and 4 beds. The place, and especially the rooms, are very spacious and we couldn鈥檛 hear anything going on outside other than the usual SPI fireworks during the summer. The pool is just around the corner and is very private which was great for our family. The walk to the beach is probably 5 minutes at most so it is a very quick back and forth. The pre-check in process was a little bit of a hassle. Beware that you do need to fill out 2 forms including a signed set of rules (most shocking rule being guests not listed are not allowed on premises or you will be evicted) and guest information along with an ID. This seemed a little excessive and not something you usually see with Airbnbs. Messages received prior to check-in and during stay are mostly generic and need a TLDR version. Do keep in mind that early check-in and late check-out are NOT free and are offered at an extra charge.
